Just a reminder for our guys and girls, the points banquet is at our house at 6pm.
We'll provide the drinks and meats, just bring a covered dish/dessert. We'll see you

What a busy night we've had, all is good at our little Rock. Points racing is over.
Congratulations to all who participated. This was also the last date for night
racing. The winter schdule for day racing will begin October 9th. We will be racing
on the second Saturday of every month, noon till dark. Just a reminder, the
concessions will not be open for the winter schedule, so, you better eat lunch
before ya go. Everyone knows who won the points this year, but for those of you who
don't, you can check out the points page. We hope everyone has had a good time
hanging out with us from week to week. Now, you just need to show up to "work"
just one day a month. Have fun, and we'll see you around.

Hope everyone had a good Labor Day weekend last week. The weather pattern for
today, however, is not so good or predictable. Rains and quits, and repeats.
Thought we were rained out for the evening, but after the last episode around 5/6
oclock, it began to dry up and we got 5 races finished before the end of the night.

What a busy night we've had. plenty of racing, eatting, and hanging out. The field
was won by several different guys tonight. Hey Jake, I got your pic from facebook
and posted here. Congrats to all. No racing Labor Day Weekend. Hope everyone
has a safe and happy weekend. Racing will resume September 11th.

Okay, so it was a week later after Campbell came and we finally got the rain...But

One of Steve & Carolyn's other boys had a wreck Friday night, they were out this
weekend with him, so keep them in your prayers and thoughts this coming week.
Chris done pretty good this week driving his dad's #88 car. Corey drove Chris's #1
car. Money this week: Bo, 1st place, Chris got 2nd and Roger brought up the rear
with 3rd. Have a good week, and try not to get too hot. We've got to keep you in good
condition for next weekend. So far, we've not been rained out this season, but,
Sam's gonna be here this coming weekend, so let's see what happens. Have a
good one, and see you next week.

know the rules for getting money, so kudos to Chris Blankenship, Roger Frye and

You spin me right round....that's a song, that's also what Hank did a few times
tonight too. Test and tune. He helped fill in the field tonight since the Rains' has
experienced another loss in their family. We send our deepest sympathy and heart
felt wishes from all of us to you. You guys were missed tonight. Anywho, thanks to
all who came out and hope you had a good time. Oh, and another thing, just
because its raining where you're at, don't mean it's raining in Mt. Vernon, call Hank
or Sam and check first. See ya next week.

cheap but, It's amazing what some people might consider doing for $100,000.00......

It's a great day for being alive. Goob's back still needs a little more healing before
he can get back in the car. Several guys laid out for the weekend and of the races
we had, everyone, regardless of where they started, finished every race in the same
place as the first race. Copy..paste. Easy on me. Thanks goes to Goob for the nice
chilled watermelon around midnight. Tasty treat. Hope everyone has a safe and
happy Holiday weekend. No racing July 3rd, races resume on July 10th. See you in
two weeks!

Hello to all. The season is well under way and we're down two more. Maybe Corey
and Chris can revive their cars before next weekend. You guys can't blame it on the
moon, cause I checked, and it wasn't full. A special thank you to each and everyone
who chipped in to help get the races underway. Give yourselves a round of
applause for the evening and hope everyone has a better week.
I learned something tonight though, you guys really do know how to use a broom.
Hopefully Carolyn will email me some pics and we'll get them posted to prove it.
And I do apologize for forgetting the camera at home this weekend. Oh, and another
thing, I'll tell the truth, Stan didn't borrow Bo's car last week. But, it's worth it to
combine pictures to mess with people... Have a good week and we'll see you next

the loss of a dear loved one. Also, Goob has been out since he hurt his back, lets
hope he gets better soon. Hot, Hot, Hot, such wonderful weather we're having.
