RockCastle Speedway 2011 Racing Club Car Rules
(Rules do NOT apply to Latemodels)
Ø Must be Front wheel drive.
Ø 4 Cylinder stock engine, no alterations.
Ø Must be naturally aspirated (no turbo or super chargers).
Ø No alterations or modifications of any kind.
Ø No metal cutting of any kind. EXCEPT for Tire clearance.
Ø Must remove interior except for driver’s seat and belt (must be a working seat belt
(s)). Racing seat and five point harness recommended, but not mandatory. Passenger’
s seat is optional to keep.
Ø Must remove head lights and tail lights.
Ø Lexan window recommended, but not mandatory.
Ø Wheels cannot be wider than 7”. Tires cannot be wider than 7”.
Ø All wheels and tires are subject to a buyout for the sum of $200.00 a set.
Ø Tires with tread wear weight rules:
Ø Helmets and eye protection are required. Fire Extinguishers are recommended.
Ø All cars are subject to a mandatory buyout at the end of each session. Your car
can be bought by any club member for the sum of $1500.00.
Ø All buyouts are paid with cash only at the end of the session being supervised by
a club official with club disclaimer signed and dated in proper order.
Drivers under 18 years of age:
Ø Must have a 4-point harness
Ø A roll-cage must be installed
Ø Helmet and eye protection
