All drivers must become a club member.

Membership is $100 a year. Fees can be paid up front, or, a higher entrance fee will
be paid until the club fee reserve has been met. Any winning money will be applied to
unpaid membership balance.

Below is a copy of the club agreement that you sign when visiting the track.


RACING CLUB AGREEMENT, PARENTAL/GUARDIAN CONSENT, RELEASE AND WAIVER
OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR A MINOR

I the undersigned accept any and all responsibility for my personal safety and property
damage.

I understand that there are no ambulance and/or fire and rescue or EMT on the
premises. If an emergency occurs and emergency personnel are called for me or my
minor child, I will be responsible for any and all costs related thereto.

I also acknowledge and accept all liability and responsibility for allowing my minor child
or legal ward to participate in any event on this property with full knowledge that they may
be in harms way causing PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH. I understand that I am
also responsible for decisions concerning the safety equipment and how adequately it
protects the driver. This is not the responsibility of Rockcastle Raceway, Inc., or Rock
Racers, LLC.

I also understand that the cars that are being used are street cars and are not built for
racing and that they only have DOT (Department of Transportation) safety equipment;
they do not have airbags. I understand I and my minor child are participating in all events
at this raceway at our own risk for recreation only.

I also understand that Rockcastle Raceway, Inc., or Rock Racers, LLC. its Sponsors,
Club-Members, other drivers or car owners are not responsible for accidents or property
damage.

The raceway has the final say on whether or not the Racer or anyone associated with the
racer can continue to race if the Racer displays disruptive behavior or fails to comply with
General Rules of the speedway, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.

There are absolutely no refunds provided to the racer by Rockcastle Raceway, Inc. or
Rock Racers, LLC. even if the contract is terminated.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS RELEASE AND ACCEPT ITS TERMS. I HAVE
ALSO READ, AS HAS THE MINOR NAMED BELOW, THE GENERAL RULES OF
ROCKCASTLE RACEWAY, INC.,  AND ROCK RACERS, LLC. AND ACCEPT AND
UNDERSTAND THEM AS WELL.
