Well tonight was some good racin'. The concession stand is open for the
season. Always be nice to the cook, she holds your food. These two guys ended
with one race under their belt, Ronnie and Lil Brandon. And these guys finished
the night with two races each: Goob, Brandon and Jackie. But we all know it's not
about winning. It's about the fun we have.

Hope everyone had a safe Memorial day weekend. Tonight was the beginning of
the points races. Each race was interesting to say the least. Lawrence lost his
rubber on the last lap of race three. Bo's car just wouldn't go after the first race.

Hello from Rockcastle Speedway. Lets give a hand to Goob for a single win and to
Brandon Moncrief for five wins.

Rain Rain go away and please come back another day. Yeah, it left about 7:00pm.
Some gave up and went home, some stayed to help dry the track. All in all, we got

Points races are over. What a great night we had. Congratulations goes out to the
points winners. Roger Frye came in first place, followed by Bo Rains in second and
Les Jackson (Goob) in third. Hope everyone enjoyed the good dinner. This was
the last of the night racing. Day racing will resume on the second saturday of every
month, starting with October 11th, and will continue until it gets too cold or snows.

What a beautiful day we had!! It just doesn't get much better than that. Goob and
Bo each went home with two wins, followed by Jackie with one.
I don't know what it is with the drivers here at Rockcastle Speedway, seems they
have a problem with their hands, and no, it wasn't Roger this time. Bo, you will be
happy to know this has been fixed. I have uploaded the picture of the ladies for the
powder puff race on the September 20th page. Not sure if this was the right date, if
someone knows, just drop me an email or tell Hank (if he can remember it) and
